phone does not play any sound

hello guys and thankyou for your time...

i have recently replaced the screen digitizer on my droid 3... but after putting everything back together, the sound is gone!!.. i mean i try to play music but can't hear it!. and yes the media volume is all the way up!..
i don't know what could have cause it... and if there is any way to fix this?...
i can listen to music only if i plug my phone to my car or with my earphones... but can't listen to it straight from the phone speaker... just in case the speaker might have gone bad or something do they sell it and where?

may have damage speaker conection, happens they can fail without taking apart.
maybe fixable
