Bionic Billboard?

Droid-Life tweeted that there's a Bionic billboard up on the viaduct side of the Lincoln Tunnel in Jersey.

No photos to confirm just yet.

This is all somewhat surprising to me. If this is the case is Aug 4 a little far out? I'm trying to remember how long other advertising campaigns run for when a phone hasn't been released yet.

We're at about 3 weeks until the Aug 4 date, 2 weeks until the July 28. Completely arbitrarily, I feel 3 weeks is a long time.

Depends on the marketing approach. If they are pumping a lot of money into advertising for this phone, they may do some kind of countdown campaign like they did with the OG droid.

viaduct side of the lincoln tunnel on the New Jersey side entrance. Thats all I could gather from the tweet.

Ah this is exciting I live 15 minutes away but the traffic at this time would make it more like an hour drive. It gave me an idea to watch the local traffic channel to see if they show it. Ill post updates or take a drive if need be.

The billboard is right around the corner from me and will only take about 45 seconds for me to go outside and walk around the block to see it but i think ill wait until someone else posts the image, if not ill get up and maybe take a blurry picture 500 feet away from it later tonight...
