The live chats are for legit questions and for "real" people who are looking for help/info not this nonsense.
I dunno about you, but I consider myself a pretty 'real' person. I feel as though Motorola/VZW are wasting all of our time. So, me asking questions about the Bionic due to there being nothing official listed anywhere i can find...and getting a canned response... is annoying. I'm a 'real' customer and I have a 'legit' list of questions, just because some of us choose to ask via online chat vs calling or going to a store doesn't mean its nonsense. Granted, my expectations were beyond low that i would get any information, but I think its interesting to see the different responses we have all received and as consumers we all have the right to use any such services provided to inquire, whether you agree with the reasoning behind it or not.
Dont get me wrong, I understand what you're saying, but without releasing information they're bringing it on themselves.
