For those of you who troll the forums for information, Motorola just opened their Bionic forum. Matt's the Manager.

Matt is an employee of Motorola who monitors the forum and answers queries and tries to keep things civil. I believe he also tries to take concerns back to the company if he hears/sees a trend of concerns.
