Droid hooking up to USB on TV

Is there a simple way to hook my bionic up to my TV USB port to view what my phone is showing...I had problems with my direct TV and was watching the football game on NFL live on my phone.....I would have loved to be able to use my usb cable from my charger to connect the picture to my TV a stream it on the big screen......IS THIS POSSIBLE???

Bionic has HDMI mirroring - get a micro HDMI to TV hdmi cable (search on amazon and whatnot), plug it into your HDMI tv, and voila. Whatever you're seeing on the Bionic shows on your big screen.

Unless specified, the USB TV port is not for connecting a mobile device to. It's used by technicians to read technical data and/or firmware updates to the TV.
