Trouble downloading apps

I have been trying to download a few apps on my Bionic. The market will start the download, but never finish, it just sits there trying to start. I have cleared the data for the market and still have this issue. Any tips?

u will need to do a hard reset. i had to do mine luckly i only had mine for two days . be sure u have
backup assistance be fore u do it.are else you will lose your contacts.

Is this on mobile data only or also on WiFi? If mobile data only, one thing to check is this, from home: menu->settings->Battery & Data Manager->Data Saver - if that is turned on, it will only allow market downloads when you connect to a WiFi network.
