I applied the .905 file myself just two days ago (prior to the roll-out that is apparently happening today) and I noticed that the stock email and corporate sync notification icons are now red and blue respectively. I actually really like that it's added a bit of color, but I heard of others that did not see this change in their .905 update. I'm stock rooted at the moment, so those are stock icons you see in the screeny.....

Anyone else seeing this on your device?

Corp sync has always been that way. I've never seen that red one though.

Actually they were there before the update.

What's odd is I bought my phone release day and it had the old icons. Recently I did a factory reset (to completely purge my LinkedIn Account) and when I finished rebuilding my phone I noticed the icons had changed.

AH....factory reset also happened to me ... maybe that is the thing here. Updated manually to .905....used Motofail to re-root... booted to the SAFE system via Safestrap and flashed Eclipse 3.0. Couple days later (last night) i decided to go back to stock ROM on the UNSAFE side. BUT when it rebooted, it was at the set-up screen you get on initial device setup. So it did do a factory reset. But I never did see the blue corp sync icon.

Weird...mine stull uses the black and white gmail icon in the noti-bar.

Yep. My Exchange sync notification icon has always been blue, and POP3 red. .905 has not changed that.

That may be normal. I don't use GMail, so I have no firsthand data on how that is supposed to look.
