[Q] stuck on green guy

ok so i rooted my bionic today. that was the good part. that worked good. i put on a custom rom on to the sd card and went in to recovery and wipe the phone and installed the rom. the phone restarts and you have to touch the green guy. then it says please wait,this may take a few minutes. i have left it there for a hour and nothing. tried rebooting the phone and nothing. same thing.i tried taking back to stock using rsd lite and geta error. any help would be great. thanks
