I finally broke down and wiped mine. Huge improvement in performance. At this point I am convinced it was an app (or 100) that was causing my laggy issues.

I also saw huge improvements after factory reset. Unfortunately, it only took about 3 weeks for the lag to come back. It's now bigger than ever! For example, I hit the dial button, and it take anywhere from 5-10 seconds for the phone to actually recognize that I want to call someone. God forbid if I ever need to make an emergency call from my bionic! I will try clearing the cache once again, but I think the real solution is a new phone. Razor max HD is on the radar I suppose...

I've been having issues too. Checked the RAM and System Settings is running at between40 and 65mb. Is this normal?
