I've noticed since the ICS upgrade, when I have wireless on and when I unlock the screen it doesn't reconnect. It just says select a preferred network. I have to go in and deselect and reselect wireless enable for it to connect.

Has anyone had this issue?

I keep my wireless on even when the phone sleeps under the wireless sleep policy.. It always stays connected..

Same here. I use WiFi SSIDs as location inputs to Tasker, and some of those tasks should occur even when the phone is sleeping, so WiFi is always on. Nathan, wish I could help, but my environment is different from yours.Quote:

Narok, where do you find that policy?
WebOS, that's ok. I did try a location based setup before, but didn't utilize it much and since i have a large data plan thought I'd use three data I'm paying for lol.

Menu button >> system settings >> wifi >> menu button >> advanced >> keep wifi on during sleep.
