ICS Audio Issue
Once upon a time when the Bionic was still on Gingerbread, there was an audio bug that produced a high-pitched whiny noise whenever you used the headphone jack on the phone. Eventually in one of the updates this problem was fixed. However, has anyone else noticed that it has come back ever since the ICS update? It drives me crazy and I don't understand why they wouldn't roll this kind of a bugfix into the new OS update.

Re: ICS Audio Issue
I got my bionic in february. It didnt have the noise then ( at least I never noticed) but after the OTA ICS update, I have the "whine". I notice it with my 2 lil powered speakers and my skull candy earbuds. Fortunately, the noise disappears when the music starts...a minor annoyance...

Re: ICS Audio Issue
yes the whine is back. I've made a couple of threads about--here and the "other" major Bionic forum.
verizon shipped me a Razr Maxx because of the whine but I already sent it back due to a bad speaker. so i'm stuck with the bionic for the time being.
here's one from this forum http://forums.androidcentral.com/dro...put-246-a.htmlSamsung Note 2 and Nexus 7
