My girlfriend's bionic doesn't have a camera app and no play store and no Internet any help would be nice and thank you ahead of time

She bought it brand new from verzion but I have no idea how/why it did this and her phone isn't rooted either so I am lost

I've never used the bionic but check under settings and apps. See if the app is in one of those lists and if so maybe like the droid razr you can disable/enable apps. Could have suddenly gotten disabled. Lastly if the bionic has a battery that's removable pull it out and wait a minute then put it back in. Maybe the hard reboot will help.

when you go into settings>apps>all apps be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, the disabled apps are listed last in the list.
