Phone was fully charged overnight. Turned it on this morning. Came back a bit later and it had shut down. Plugged it in and the battery indicator indicated 0%. It then turned to a big question mark. Phone will not boot, even after several battery pulls and several more hours of charging. Tried to get to the boot menu, but can't get there either. :(

If there's any group that can help, I know you guys are it!

My first thought would be bad battery. Not sure what else would cause it, unless it's internal with the phone deciding not to recognize it. I would go to a store and see if they have a battery you can swap with to test.

Turns out, it was the battery. Bad news: Verizon does not have any replacements - anywhere. Good news: Verizon store guy lent me a demo battery and Moto is Fedexing me a warranty replacement. Kudos to both!

Thought I might end up with a new phone out of the deal, but VZW didn't want to get all crazy on me! :D
