Phone will not turn on?

So, I have a pretty old droid bionic. It hasn't been giving me too many issues until recently. 6 days ago, I noticed it wouldn't charge. I didn't think much of it. However in the morning, I learned that it still wouldn't charge or turn on. I got a blinking white LED for a few seconds. The Motorola screen would not come up and the phone would not charge.I have tried everything. I changed the batteries, used different chargers, and tried a car charger. I cannot do a hard reset because my volume down button does not work. I REALLY need to get this phone working, as I cannot afford a replacement and I'm not due for an upgrade until May. Any suggestions?
