The bottom dock?

I woke up this morning and my I no longer have the phone app, sms app, or contacts app on my bottom dock just the application draw. I did a reboot and that didn't fix it. I'm running the eclipse rom with TW4. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

How long have you been running the rom? If you dont want to go the full on re-rom route, maybe going out and clearing the d-cache and the the regular cache in CWM would help

I've ben running that rom for about 2 weeks now. I guess it is about time to try a new rom anyways. Thanks for the response

On my phone, if I swipe up on the whole dock, it replaces with a different dock, one that is just the launch icon. Swiping down on that one reveals the original dock. Not sure if that's what is going on with you.
