My wife's charge just started doing weird things like losing contacts and not syncing w fb or twitter. I was looking at it and it is still EP1. When i check for system updates it says "Your system is currently up to date". Can anyone help?

that is because that is the latest OTA, your system really is up to date

Did you mean FP1 or really EP1? FP1 is the latest. If you are stuck you can always do a restore.
