Changing brown/orange color scheme?

How can we change the brown/orange color scheme w/o a custom ROM? With a rooted phone, is it a matter of changing a file or three?

It's fairly involved, changing pics and editing XML files. Not too difficult, but time consuming. The mighty nitsuj17 posted a how-to in the Fascinate forums over on XDA: . He includes links to several other tutorials.
