Guys this is a solid rom i suggest you give it a try. i have been running it for about 20hrs with no problems, and battery life should not be effected at all.
Thanks to Kejar for contributing im sure everyone agrees that its nice to have more options - 06-08-2011, 05:17 PM #8

I rooted using ADB but can't figure out how to install kernals or CWM using my Mac. Any help? I'm not an Android newb but have always used Rom Manager.
Thanks,

Right now I am on Altered Beast which is a great ROM, I am d/l GummyCHARGED right now. What is the best way to get GummyCHARGED installed. I noticed kejar31 said:
make sure you have root and Clockwork recovery installed
-boot into recovery via Recovery
-select "wipe data/factory reset"
-select "Yes -- delete all data"
-go back
-select "install zip from sdcard"
-select "choose zip from sdcard"
-find and select GummyChargedXX.zip
-reboot
Should I just flash the Rooted Stock ED1 image via Odin then flash CWM and then the ROM and finally Voodoo Kernel Lagfix?
Will you be offering a kernel later on that will support OC/UV and Voodoo Lagfix?Last edited by Raptor007; 06-08-2011 at 06:01 PM.

got access to a PC to install CWM, now a new problem.
When I wipe data using CWM, it seems to hang on "Formatting /sdcard/.android_secure..." It's been there for at least 5 minutes. Suggestions?
Thanks,

DroidXcon - Don't go selling yourself short
your ROM is coming a long nicely. I like it a lot! Where did you find the wallpaper so I hope you are going to continue to develop yours.
I would like to see a battery icon like yours get incorporated into GummyCHARGED, I like have the battery meter at a glance.
Keep up the good work. - 06-08-2011, 08:35 PM #24
