How to turn off that pesky keyboard notification?

Have Jelly Bean, don't want that stupid notification up top. I don't want to do it the way where you have to remove keyboards as I use the Google Voice Text often. Can it be disabled another way?

You just go into the inputs and deselect all but the one you want to use

Thanks but it's not quite a solution... I'd have to turn off the Google voice input and I use that often enough. This is super annoying.

I think the OP is referring to the one in the top left everytime we use the keyboard.
