RAZR M - CM10 won't boot

Hi all,
Firstly I'm new to rooting & ROMing (and struggle with forums 2) but can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong getting this mob onto jb please?

I've been searching and mucking around for days now and so far I've got root, su, safetrap working, backed up stock rom, created and activated slot-1, wiped all the caches etc, and installed cm-10 and gapps.

but I get no further... I've waited for >10mins and it never boots. I have to hold all buttons down for 10sec and restore stock rom just to get my phone back.

I'm worried I've got the wrong ROM - Can anyone confirm that RAZR-M and scorpion-mini are the same thing please?

Trying to load:
cm-10-20121116-UNOFFICIAL-scorpion_mini.zip / gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip
also tried cm-10-20121124-UNOFFICIAL-scorpion_mini.zip

Does anyone have an idea why this rom won't boot please?
