My landscape keyboard has started changing size while typing, depending on whether it's a lower or upper case letter.

When typing in upper case, the "compose" field explands to multiple lines, and the keyboard is smaller (normal). However, when switching to lower case, the "compose" field is shrunk to 1 line, and the keyboard is larager (taller). See the attched screenshots.

I just noticed this issue within the last couple of days, and I've encountered this issue in both email & SMS creation. My Razr M was upgraded to Jelly Bean about a month ago (standard OTA) and the only keyboards installed are the default ones (no 3rd party installed). I've looked through the settings of the existing keyboards and haven't found a solution, yet.

Any help would be appreciated, as it makes it difficult to type. Thanks!
