Hello everyone. I rooted my phone about 3 weeks ago but have come to the recent realization that i dont have to time to mess around with things like i had hoped to. So i successfully unrooted my phone yesterday using supersu and did a factory reset. Another thing i was hoping to do was get the new update because of all the bug fixes. However, when i go to get the update, it fails. Does rooting the phone, even after a successful unroot, void your ability to get direct updates? Is there a fix for this? If you need more details to help out, please say so. Thank you.

The best way to unroot is to use the RAZR m utility that can help you root it. They have an option for the ability to return to factory settings. It adds the system and everything.
