Did you install it from Google Play Store, or from somewhere else? Perhaps it's not compatible with your phone--apps that are incompatible can't be installed from Google Play, but sometimes people will find an .apk file somewhere and try to install it. This does not guarantee it will work, since the incompatibility will often cause problems.

Ok, so you were able to install it from Google Play--does it open and then crash, or does it just refuse to open? Do you get an error message?

Is your phone's runtime set to ART or Dalvik? If you're on ART, change it back to Dalvik. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then don't worry--you probably didn't change it to ART in the first place.

Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, then try again: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/93162/p/30,6720,8577. If the steps outlined in that article don't work, let me know--it might have changed a bit if you're on KitKat.
