Video Compression for MMS

Hi Guys, having a major issue here transitioning from the oh so wonderful iphone to the android world.

I LOVE this phone, so much more you can do than the iphone can. One thing I am not liking is that I can't take videos in HD and send them via email or mms. What is the point of having HD video if you need to take the video in MMS mode half the time to show friends and family? I am not going the extra mile to send it through dropbox or box app. iPhone automatically compresses the video, while still keeping the good quality video saved to the phone.

Android needs to solve this asap, are there any workarounds that anyone has found??

same issue. the only default option on my razr maxx is to resize which is physically making it smaller. wish there was an option to just auoto compress and send.

Weird thing is, when a friend sends me a vid from an iPhone, its so blurry I can't make out what it is.

As far as a solution, I just upload to YouTube and send the link.
