One of the features I used to love on my maxx hd is when I got a phone call before it player my ringtone the phone would verbally announce "you have a call from" then either the name if in contacts list or the phone number if not in contact list. Lately I only get the ringtone. Is there some setting I need to change to get the speech ID notification b4 the ringtone when I get a call?

Go to the Phone dialer. Towards the top right there is a menu button (looks like three dots). Tap that then select settings. Towards the bottom there is a setting for "Caller ID Readout."
