I had an issue with my phone where it stopped making and receiving calls. It would hang up right away. Data connected just fine. Text messages were good also. I stopped at a local Verizon store and was helped by Matt. He had an issue getting the phone replaced but did not give up. I was also really helped by tech support, Terry and Mike. I walked out of the store with a new phone.
We all kinda bash VZW sometimes about getting updates to us and other things but this time they got it right.
