Data issues

Hey guys anyone else having data issues, keep getting triangle with data restriction all day every time I wake my screen up then before I can drag down and ready status bar it disappears.. Wtf?

Go to Settings / Data Usage / hit the menu dots / Uncheck Restrict Background Data...

If you have any Smart Actions running look for a setting called
'Adjust Background Data'. There you have options for All the time, Only When I'm using the phone and Only when I'm using the App. I suspect it's set to 'Only when using phone'. While in this mode the triagle is present in the status bar, then goes away when the phone wakes up.
