Is anyone else getting this error when they try to use the My Verizon app?

I remember with my Droid 2 that I had to enter my user/pass over Wi-Fi, but not over 3g. I say that because I noticed in the screenshot that you are using Wi-Fi. Does the same problem happen over a mobile connection?

Just tried accessing it over 4G, same result. I guess I'll have to call the number if a clearing of the apps cache doesn't work.
