Just swapped out my rmhd for a new one at BestBuy. The old one was defective. On the new one when I charge it the screen does not timeout. Is there a setting when charging that I have wrong?

Under Developer Options there is a setting to keep the screen on while charging.

That setting on my phone is not checked and my phone screen does not timeout when plugged in unless I hit the lock button. Also, the charge notification doesn't play until the screen wakes.
