Default pairing phone with car automatically

I just switched to a Razr Maxx HD and I find that I have to confirm pairing the phone with my car's bluetooth every time I restart the car. I work out of the car all day so it is annoying to have to re-pair the phone and my previous phone did not do this so it is the phone requesting the pairing. Is there a way to change this?

    Thanks,

    Chris

    What kind of car????
I'd say it's your car losing the pairing information.
I never need to repair with my car (BMW 335i).

I never had to pair my phone after initial pairing on either a 2012 Acura RDX and my now current 2012 Acura TSX. As the above poster said what kind of car do you drive?

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note II

It is a Subaru Impreza. My other phone (HTC Thunderbolt) would automatically pair with the car. The Razr asks to allow pairing and says something like "make sure the car uses code XXXX" for the bluetooth code and the code changes each time. However, I never have to enter the code. I just confirm pairing.

Have you deleted any other phones you may have had stored in the stereo's memory. I had the same problem in my wife's Subaru Outback until I deleted our old phones and paired the new ones.
