problem with hot spot

Does anyone know of a free hotspot, verizon has blocked foxfi on my razr. I have unlimited data, and dont want to pay for the 2gs for 20.

I have an s4 with unlimited data through Verizon and last week fox fi started giving me an error message under 'mobile hotspot' once I entered the settings section.

Fox if says they are not aware of any one else having this issue so please go on their website to report the issue. Hopefully they will fix the issue faster after enough of us make them aware of the issue.
