I wonder what they mean by making the handset more stable? I sure hope they fixed the wonkey change-O-matic ringer/alerts problem.

No double texts but Widgetlocker acted weird. Everytime I got an email or text, I would stry to slide down the message, but instead of displaying message, it would switch to factory lock screen and message would disappear. I had to reinstall widgetlocker

Re: so what was this latest update supposed to fix?
I've used goSMS for a long time and been using it on the RAZR MAXX since release day and have always got some double texts both before and after this latest OTA. Don't know if it is an android issue or goSMS issue but it is not caused by this OTA. I find it more often by people who send me texts from an iphone.

I always got double messages using handcent, switched to go SMS and haven't got a double yet, but after reading this forum I would say its a Android thing, but go SMS had been working the best for me. glad to see visual voicemail is working better now, actually downloads the voicemail now.

I was on the Soak Test... so I've been using the updated version since last Friday with NO issues of any kind... and I use Go SMS Pro.
