    Default Un-unified e-mail

I am coming to the Maxx from the Droid Incredible and am used to being able to have a shortcut for each e-mail box. Is this possible on the Maxx or is unified e-mail inbox the only option? Thank you in advance!

Depending what email program you use, you can. If it's an option, you can long-press on an empty spot on the homescreen and when prompted, select "Shortcut" and scroll through the list until you find something relevant from your email application, which would hopefully then place a shortcut to the desired inbox on your homescreen.

For instance, I use Gmail and my shortcut to my inboxes is under "Gmail labels". Hope this helps.

Mine is segregated. I use an exchange server for work and gmail for my personal email. They do not merge. I can't see why you couldn't do this with other email clients unless there is something in the phone that prohibits it but mine works like a charm the way it is set up.

I installed K9 and it works well, but i'm still missing the HTC mail widget with separate shortcuts for each mailbox.
