33 items waiting to upload.. WiFi Only?

Can someone help me here, I keep getting this in the notification bar saying X amount waiting to upload.. And WiFi only.. But when I turn wifi on it doesn't download? Any ideas?

Might be Google+ waiting to upload photos you took to a Google+ web album. You probably also have your phone set to sync social apps only over wifi.

You can turn off the Instant Upload feature of Google+ by going to its Menu, then Settings.

Also, if you do want to upload pics automatically over 4G (not just wifi), then go to Settings-> Data manager-> Application data delivery/Social applications, and uncheck the box.

Its not pics, I have those ask turned off.. That's why I can't figure this one out.. I will triple check my settings to make sure its not what your saying.. But I am 99% sure its not that..

Its 100% not the social apps over wifi.. Just checked that for the 4th time.. Checking G+ again as we speak

Is it motocast I know when I synced mine it drained the battery. That was the only time my phone has ever got hot

How about Motocast? That can also be set for auto-upload to your desktop or laptop.

Hmmmm, lemme check that.. I never thought of that one.. My phone does get hot to & my battery doesn't last like it should since this started..THANKS SO MUCH!

That was it.. I am away on vacation & have my laptop off so hence device offline... Also I had it set to upload on wifi only.. Which I didn't even realize.. Again.. Thank you all.. More than helpful!!!
