Anyone else have this problem? I go to reply and it takes 15-30 seconds. It keeps saying "cannot send until message is loaded". Its a pita.

How long has it been since you rebooted? Another thing I find that helps... if you use your browser a lot is to go into the settings and clear everything... if you don't use it a lot, then you might not have to do this as often... but I have found that it helps speed up the device. Along with rebooting once a week or so depending on how much you are using your device.
