I have a question, I know its not regarding the RAZR MAXX, but I just purchased the Spectrum 2 and Im having the exact same issue with not being able to turn off my 4g and go to only 3g (or CDMA only) I tried calling the *#*#4636#*#* and it said my action could not be completed and to contact customer service (which I tried and they told me they couldn't help) any sage advice for a frustrated customer?
