I do like the new look. It is a bit darker like others have said but I like the change. It does seem a bit faster but I haven't clocked it yet. Nice job on the update all who have been involved!

Someone stated in the razr maxx forums that it is rolled out by the unique phone ID number. Its something like ESN or EMEI, if this is true what region you are in is not a factor. I guess it would go out in numerical sequence?

People are claiming to have gotten the upgrade even though they weren't signed up for soak testing.

Soak testing is basically just making sure there are no bugs in the update and everything is running like it should be.

If the update is rolling out by IMEI number, can anyone that has received it give us some idea of your number. Mine starts with 99000 and ends with 0920.

What I want to know is how smoothly is ICS running. How is the UI and browser. Are you noticing the second core finally being used properly. Stuff like that. Anything would be great at this time.

On mine it is running flawlessly. But I loaded my stock rom and removed root a week before the soak. Others did not and it seems to be causing issues.

UI and browser are nice. Smooth. Fluid. I did install Chrome Browser Beta and am loving it.

It took some time, about 30 minutes for everything to sync and settle after install. After that it seems to be very snappy. A little lag when initially opening apps like latitude, not that is expected.
