I wasn't able to do that on the lock screen. I think the other poster was referring to the 5 icon dock. You can long press those and change them around. If you find a way to change the shortcuts on the lock screen, let us know.

i did the same thing but added 'Turn off Wifi' to the actions and 'Not Charging' to the trigger. As long as I'm plugged in I want all that on. Went over 4hrs without it dropping off the 100% indicator.

Works pretty good.

Updated. Went with Apex Launcher as I missed the long press for widgets and I get to add as many apps to folders as I want, plus numerous other features. The only thing I miss about the stock launcher is the favorite contact widget works properly.

One of the things I love about this thread is that you won't find anything similar in iPhone forums. iPhone screenshots would just be the same monotonous grid of app icons.
