That's from the One More Clock widget, free on Google Play. Lots of cool designs, although I find that they look a little better on tablets, since they tend to have finer detail that's lost on smaller phone screens.

Font's a little different, unless you can adjust it. Any idea if the battery meter reports in 1% or 10% increments?

And if you get the paid version (.99) you can resize them and have tap options also. They look incredible on my tablets. There are several different clock themes to choose from if anyone is interested.

That's what I wish one more clock battery meter showed. Its in 10% increments.

ICS completely renewed my interest in my Razr Maxx... I was just starting to become bored with the launcher themes out. This should keep me busy for a good while. Only annoyance is the fact that notifications and ringtone have been separated. Got slider widget to fix that, so all is well
