Uninstall unsuccessful

I have MobileIron app on my phone to allow me to sync to my employer's email. There were issues and I was told by my company's IT department to uninstall it. I did, however it tells me uninstall was unsuccessful. How do I uninstall so I can re-install?

Try uninstalling via the play store. So go to the play site, settings, my apps, find the program, click it, and click uninstall. If that doesn't work try restarting your phone and try again.
