It was getting a bit rough in here for a while. I was wondering when the pitchforks were going to come out.

I was rooted and used the Rootkeeper app before installing. I got a update failed. I guess I can't use that app to keep my root?

I don't know what other people's experience is, but when in doubt, unroot and then update. You can always root again afterwards.

I'm going to try to install it one more time. If that does not work, I'll unroot and update.

Considering that it's 11 PM in West Coast and 2 AM on the East Coast, and the rollout is starting in earnest now, there are going to be a LOT of Razr and Maxx owners who won't get any sleep tonight. Good thing tomorrow's Saturday!

Second download and another fail. I will unroot completely and try again.

Congratulations everyone! Welcome to one of the finest desserts ever!

Please try to enjoy the update before the flaming of the non availability of Jelly Bean, and which will probably ensue in a couple of days anyway. I really think ICS is fantastic though !

They announced Jellybean and my phone doesn't have it yet!!! This is the biggest scandal since New Coke!!! This is the biggest injustice since ET lost to Chariots of Fire!!! Verizon and Moto are in cahoots with Sauron and Palpatine!!!

That's a preview of things to come. In the meantime, enjoy your quiescently frozen dairy dessert.

That plus the ability to somewhat debloat without rooting is awesome.

Finally got ICS. Wish I could say So far, So good... But I can't.
Phone is extra slow and lags pretty bad.
Did a reboot, and no difference.
Going to do a factory reset later on today, reinstall all of my apps one by one, making sure they are all ICS compatible.
I'm hoping that will fix the issue.
As of now, my phone is slower than my old BlackBerry from years ago.

That's a shame! A reset should set you right though, but keep us updated.

Is anyone else that is pulling the update experiencing this?
