As far as I know you'll have to use a 3rd party launcher such as Apex, Nova or Go Launcher.

I don't think you can with the stock launcher. You can if you download a 3rd party launcher.

I couldn't find a way with the stock launcher and gave up after 20 mins of looking on how to do it.
I just went back to GoLauncher EX. It's great and free. You can add as many screens as you want.

Apex and Nova launchers are great 3rd party launchers made for ics.
