I have noticed the past few nights since ICS install my phone has moments when it seems HOT! I have monitored using a battery app and recorded 104,105 and tonight during a spike it was 107..

Each time i disabled 4g and manually lowered screen brightness to no effect. Eventually i turn the phone off.

Tonight I took advice and factory reset...just spent 3 hrs resetting all screens. Real PIA! And i used backup...anyway I hope it helps...Is anyone's phone also spiking fevers after ICS?

Manufactures say 125? is high end but acceptable. My htc Rezounds get as high as 129? watching movies through mhl to TV. I have had my Rezound as high as 141? in car running GPS and on a call at the same time. Now that's to hot. 130? is considered overheat. 140? is unsafe, battery can turn into a run away (self heat until it catches fire or explode). Highest I have got Maxx to is 119?.

Ist full day after FR...no heat spike...apps better/updated all around...improved battery. Seems FR is cure for upgrade ills as others have said.
