CDMA only mode making it only 1X.

So every time I set my Maxx to CDMA only in a place with crap 4G connection it always goes to 1X even though I'm in an area with a stable 3G connection. What's going on? AfterI select CDMA only it goes to 1X and stays at 1X.

How do I fix this so it actually goes to 3G instead of 1X?

Use the setting recommend by this app. Don't choose CDMA only. Use CDMA auto (prl)
