Very odd problems, just started

Hi,

I have a maxx running ICS. The following just started today.

When I am at the home screen, before today, I can use the volume keys to adjust ring volume and/or turn off ringer. As of today, that isnt working. There was also a volume meter on the screen that would adjust when I would change the volume. That is gone.

Also, made a bluetooth call and I can hear the call from the phone as well and the volume keys not adjusting volume while on a call. There was also a volume meter on the screen that would adjust when I would change the volume. That is gone.

Did you reboot your phone?

I did the power off and volume down reboot and it didnt help

You should try partition cache wipe and if that doesn't work do a factory reset.

Have you installed any apps recently, or apps that control volume? Or maybe there's a Smart Action running or something?
