    Yup. I got that message 4 times I think. Not uncommon. Once I signed up on the site, I stopped getting them.

    Motorola also states that you may have downloaded it prior to the message.

    Got it a few times but ignored it as I haven't decided whether to upgrade to ICS at this moment. I did get the push without me doing anything but haven't ran the install yet.
