Cant uninstall Evernote !! Why?

Hi
I just downloaded evernote amd now i cant uninstall it but i can only disable it
Im usimg razr maxx ics

The Stock ROM does not include Evernote.... so you should be able to uninstall it. I just checked mine and I can uninstall Evernote. Please reboot your device and try it again, if you are running the Stock ROM from Verizon.

If you registerd something it wont let you so disable it from in the app then it will let you uninstall

Im using Stock ROM ics 4.0.4 updated via ota

Amd before trying ti uninstall i cleared the data n all my notes
But still cant uninstall
Whn i click on the disabke it says its build in app etc and it disables it
This is really weird

Check to see if you somehow gave it Device Admin Permisions. If so you have to remove those first. Settings/Security/Device administrators

Try to disable reboot then uninstall from playstore

Does it give you the option to uninstall if you drag it to the top of the screen from the app drawer?

I chekd the admin thing but evernote is not there and i cant uninstall it from playstore cuz it says Update n no uninstall

And whats weird is that after factory reset i got facebook and twitter behave seme way
I cant uninstall them but only disable

And now im scared to factory reset cuz i might anger some more apps
