Anyone else having trouble dialing out on the maxx?

I keep having trouble dialing out and it takes minutes for the maxx to respond. Sometimes I will have pressed call twice to the same caller and a few minutes later, it'll dial out not only once, but twice, causing even more issues.

Just wondering if anyone else had that problem. haven't seen a thread about it yet.

Me too! Sometimes the phone seems to get overwhelmed and gets backed up on its actions. Very frustrating.

Did this start after upgrading to ICS? If so, maybe consider a cache partition wipe (search the forum for instructions on how to do it--it's easy, and you don't lose data).

If that doesn't work, you might try clearing the data from the Phone app under Manage Apps->All, although that's just a shot in the dark--I have no evidence to back it up.

Last resort is to do a factory reset, see if that helps. Before you do that, though, wouldn't hurt to take the phone to your Verizon dealer and see if they have any ideas. Maybe it's the network?
