I think artic 215 is the latest. You can flash it right over stock ics. 215. Just remember to use safestrap

Use safestrap. Bootstrap is being phased out for the Razr. Brick is possible with bootstrap.

I have also been having problems staying on LTE ever since ICS.

I'm in Queens, NY with very strong LTE signal.

It is definitely the handset because I also have a Thunderbolt and it is always on LTE while my Razr is constantly switching back and forth.

It has to be an ICS issue because I never had this problem with GB and it started happening ever since I "upgraded."

Anyone have any new info on this issue?

Any help appreciated.
