I am having email issues.....hotmail won't push and go daddy won't pull unless I do it manually

For some reason, my email is not working properly anymore. I have hotmail set to push and go daddy set to pull every 5 minutes. New emails will not appear unless I manually pull them for both accounts. The settings are correct because they do show up when I manually pull them. Can anyone help?

Have you been able to get your email to pull since your post?
